Virtual Assistant for Dental Digital Marketing

Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help our dental digital marketing agency grow by assisting with outreach, social media management, lead nurturing, and client communication. You will play an essential role in generating leads and helping us secure our first dental clients.

Key Responsibilities
Client Research & Lead Generation

Research local dental clinics in the target market

Compile a list of leads and update them in the CRM

Identify clinics with poor digital marketing presence or a lack of social media engagement

Send cold outreach emails and Instagram DMs to generate interest

Cold Outreach

Craft personalized outreach emails to dental practices offering our services

Send direct messages (DMs) on Instagram/Facebook to dental clinics

Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not responded

Social Media Management

Manage social media accounts for the agency (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Schedule daily posts using tools like Canva or Later

Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages

Lead Nurturing & Appointment Booking

Manage email & SMS follow-ups using GoHighLevel or similar tools

Ensure all leads are properly nurtured and move through the pipeline

Set up and manage appointment bookings and confirmations

Administrative Support

Help manage GoHighLevel CRM (client data, campaign reports, etc.)

Assist with setting up ad campaigns in Google Ads/Facebook Ads Manager

Provide regular reports on performance, outreach, and tasks completed

Skills & Qualifications
Experience with social media management tools (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs is a plus

Strong written communication skills for outreach emails and follow-ups

Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads is preferred

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized

Proactive attitude with excellent time-management skills
