Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of data entry critical to our client deals and agents' commission payments while contributing to dynamic marketing campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about organization and creativity who can excel in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This position will be mostly based on working times on Eastern Standard Times.

Responsibilities:
- Data Entry:
- Manage data entry projects with extreme attention to detail to avoid costly errors.
- Update and maintain records in systems such as Bright MLS, Google Spreadsheets, Skyslope, TC docs, Follow Up Boss, +.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data crucial to client deals and agent commissions.
- Marketing:
- Create engaging and consistent social media content to captivate our audience.
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, graphics, and presentations using Canva.
- Develop and execute creative campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless workflow and project completion.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Specialist, or similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Bright MLS, Canva, Google Spreadsheets, Skyslope, TCdocs, Follow Up Boss, and Boomtown is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
- Proactive and able to work independently while maintaining collaboration with the team.
