JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a virtual assistant for a long-term, fully remote position with our short-form content marketing agency. I’m looking for a skilled and experienced individual to assist with a variety of tasks related to content creation, task management, and research.

Responsibilities include:
Managing editors to oversee short-form content production
Reviewing completed videos to ensure they meet our editing standards and are free of errors
Organising Google Drive folders for efficient content storage and access
Ensuring client posts are scheduled and published on time
Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth start to their experience with us
Preparing and delivering progress reports for clients every month
Managing and responding to emails
