Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Philippines) – SJV Cleaning
About the Role:
SJV Cleaning is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a professional home office setup, free from background noise, and be proficient in handling administrative, financial, and customer service tasks. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CRM and job scheduling systems.
Draft and send professional
Handle Xero accounting tasks such as bank reconciliation, invoice generation, and financial reporting.
Assist with social media posts and
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
Maintain and update client records.
Assist with hiring processes when required.
Experience cold
Requirements:
Must have a dedicated workspace with no background noise.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proven experience using Xero, a CRM, and a job scheduling tool.
Highly responsive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
