We are seeking a highly reliable Virtual Assistant with exceptional attention to detail, fluent English, and strong technological proficiency. You will play a critical role in our social media marketing agency in executing detailed SOPs for setting up and managing GoHighLevel accounts, onboarding clients, and coordinating tasks between teams.
Responsibilities:
1. GoHighLevel Account Setup:
- Build client sub-accounts using provided snapshots and customize settings.
- Import Custom values and data from our client onboarding forms
- Submit A2P Applications via Go High Level
- Configure automations, workflows, and calendars in GoHighLevel.
2. Spreadsheet and Make.com Management:
- Set up Make.com reporting automations.
- Update spreadsheets with client information.
3. Team Communication:
- Collaborate with media buyers and ISAs via Slack and Monday.com.
- Assign team access and permissions for ad accounts and
4. Client Launch Processes:
- Follow SOPs to onboard clients, including business manager setups and calendar integrations.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Double-check all tasks to ensure no step is missed as outlined in the SOP.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Experience with the GoHighLevel platform and task automation tools like Make.com.
- Excellent attention to detail; capable of following complex SOPs without missing steps.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and familiarity with Slack and Monday.com.
Preferred:
- Experience with GoHigh Level.
- Background in digital marketing or client onboarding.
