Virtual Assistant for Business Development (Cold Calling & Admin Support)

We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Virtual Assistant to join us at the ground level of an exciting business project. Your main role will involve reaching out to businesses in Seattle to identify potential locations for vending machines and ATMs. This is a dynamic position that will evolve as the business grows, with opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
• Contact local businesses in Seattle to pitch the placement of vending machines and ATMs.
• Maintain a detailed log of contacts, including outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Identify and build a list of businesses interested in hosting machines.
2. Administrative Support:
• Manage a centralized database of leads and agreements.
• Coordinate follow-ups with interested businesses.
• Organize and streamline documentation for placement deals and negotiations.
3. Research & Reporting:
• Conduct research to identify high-traffic areas and businesses suitable for vending machines or ATMs.
• Present weekly updates and summaries of progress, including business leads and outcomes.
4. Future Opportunities:
• As the business grows, assist with scheduling, contracts, and operational logistics.
• Take on more responsibility for administrative tasks to free up time for the business owner.

Experience:
• Previous experience in cold calling, customer service, or lead generation is a plus.
• Familiarity with administrative tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM software.

Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.

Technical:
• Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace.


Compensation:
• Starting Rate: $3–$5 USD/hour, depending on experience.
