NBD Consulting Services, a management consulting firm specializing in Agile transformations and coaching, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of tasks, including administrative support, social media management, CRM updates, and marketing activities. This is a long-term, remote position with opportunities to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
-Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and set reminders.
-Organize and maintain digital files and folders.
-Prepare and send invoices using QuickBooks Online.

Social Media Management:
-Schedule and post content on
-Engage with comments, messages, and followers on all platforms.
-Research and suggest trending topics or hashtags for posts.
-Track social media performance using platform analytics.
CRM Management:
-Update and manage contact details, leads, and opportunities in Insightly.
-Track the sales pipeline and notify the team of key follow-ups.
-Generate weekly reports on lead activity and CRM performance.
Marketing Support:
-Create simple graphics for social media using Canva.
-Assist with
-Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
-Format and proofread marketing materials and presentations.
General Support:
-Research potential leads or competitors as directed.
-Prepare summaries or progress updates for client projects.
-Assist with other administrative or marketing tasks as needed.
Work Hours:
Flexible schedule but must be available for overlapping hours with 5am to 2pm PST
Approximately 20–30 hours per week to start, with potential for full-time.
