Virtual Assistant for Aesthetic Medspa

Need a virtual assistant with the following qualifications:

Fluent in English (talking/writing)
Content creation for Instagram and TikTok
Proficient with using the following programs: Canva, Microsoft Office, CapCut, etc

Preferred:
Knowledge of Aesthetic Record EMR system
Familiar with aesthetic medspa terms/products
SEO knowledge
Previous IT work (website design for monthly updating of specials and prices)

Assistant will help with the following:
Online inventory management
Payroll for contract employees
Sending email and/or sms blasts of current specials
Content creation for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok (stories, reels, static posts)
Social media engagement with followers, etc
Organize our CRM/lead generation system
Reach out to leads and follow up with patients
Assist with SEOs
Update website monthly with current specials and/or update website with current product and pricing
