Hi there,
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join my team and support our growing Amazon business. This role involves a variety of tasks essential to keeping our operations smooth and efficient, including:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Bookkeeping: Collecting and matching invoices with transactions
- KPI Data Management: Entering and organizing KPI data in Excel sheets.
- Document Management: Collecting, organizing, and uploading bills and other documents to Google Drive.
- Google Drive Migration: Migrating data from a private Google Drive to a professional Google Workspace environment.
- Sales and Review Monitoring: Analyzing sales trends, tracking KPIs, and monitoring product reviews.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicating with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and updates.
- Process Documentation: Creating and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize workflows.
- Personal Assistance:
- Scheduling and managing my calendar.
- Researching and booking locations, accommodations, and flights to find the best deals for my travel needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and other organizational tools.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience with Amazon FBA or e-commerce (preferred but not required).
