Your Role:

As a Virtual Assistant for TravelPal’s premium services, you’ll be the personal touch behind our luxury vacation planning. From coordinating bespoke itineraries to handling last-minute requests, you’ll ensure that every TravelPal client experiences a vacation tailored to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service Excellence: Engage with clients 1-on-1 to understand their needs, answer queries, and deliver personalized vacation planning services.
- Itinerary Planning: Assist in crafting detailed itineraries, including restaurant bookings, activities, and transportation for Miami-based luxury vacations.
- Partner Coordination: Liaise with our Miami vacation property partners to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client needs on the ground.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively handle any client concerns or last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document client feedback to help refine and enhance our concierge services.

What You Bring to the Team:

- Experience in Customer Service: A minimum of 2+ years of experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with a friendly and professional tone.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage complex itineraries and ensure all arrangements are accurate and timely.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using online tools and platforms to coordinate services and manage schedules.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Quick on your feet, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and ensure client satisfaction.

Preferred Experience:

- Familiarity with luxury travel, concierge services, or Miami’s premium vacation scene
- Knowledge of booking platforms, local Miami hotspots, and travel logistics
