We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who can act as our EOS Integrator to streamline our processes and drive our practice to new levels of excellence.

What You’ll Do: As our Virtual Assistant and EOS Integrator, you will:

Implement EOS Traction: Take the lead in applying and refining the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to ensure efficient and consistent operations across departments. You’ll play a key role in strategic planning, accountability, and driving results.
Manage SEO and Social Media: Leverage your expertise in SEO and GBP to optimize our online presence. Engage audiences across social media platforms to enhance our brand reputation and visibility.
Support Orthodontic Operations: Utilize your knowledge of orthodontic or dental practices to streamline patient care processes. Familiarity with Orthotrac or similar orthodontic software is a huge plus.
Use Technology Efficiently: Comfortable with CRM, VA tools, and project management software to support daily tasks and help maintain an organized, productive workflow.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Proven EOS Traction experience: Past experience in implementing EOS is essential.
Orthodontic or Dental Background: Hands-on experience in dental or orthodontic fields. Familiarity with patient care processes and Orthotrac or similar software is advantageous.
SEO and Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO strategies, content optimization, and social media engagement.
Tech-Savvy and Highly Organized: Comfortable using various virtual assistant tools, CRM systems, and project management software.
Detail-Oriented Mindset: Ability to stay organized, focused, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
