JOB OVERVIEW

We are a leading Australian digital agency specializing in SEO, Google Ads management, and eCommerce solutions. Our mission is to help businesses grow and succeed online through effective digital marketing strategies. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team and support our agency's operations.


Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Management:

Assist in implementing and managing current SEO strategies across various client projects.
Monitor SEO performance, track key metrics, and suggest optimizations.
Google Ads Optimization:

Assist in managing and optimizing current Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, monitor ad performance, and suggest improvements.
Digital Marketing & eCommerce Support:

Provide general support across various digital marketing activities.
Work with eCommerce clients to ensure their online stores are optimized for performance and conversions.
Project Management with ClickUp:

Utilize ClickUp to manage projects and tasks efficiently.
Create, track, and assign tasks to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, ensuring timely delivery of all projects.
Client Communication:

Handle general client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Convert client requests into tasks within ClickUp and assign them to the appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Outreach for New Projects:

Conduct outreach to potential clients and partners.
Identify opportunities for new projects and bring them to the attention of the management team.
General VA Support:

Provide administrative support to the CEO, including email management, calendar scheduling, and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and Google Ads.
Proven experience in eCommerce, particularly with platforms like Choppily, WooCommerce, or similar.
Previous experience managing tasks and projects using ClickUp or similar project management tools.
Google Ads Certificate
SEO certificate

Skills:

Strong understanding of SEO principles, strategies, and tools.
Proficient in Google Ads management, including keyword research, campaign setup, and optimisation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements.
