Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in web design, multimedia content creation, and digital marketing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic online environment and can handle multiple creative and marketing tasks. You will be responsible for developing websites, managing social media, and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Web Design & Development
Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or other website builders.
Customize themes, plugins, and layouts to meet business needs.
Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and user experience.
Perform website updates, security checks, and troubleshooting.
2. Multimedia Content Creation
Design visual assets, graphics, and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Edit and create engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and websites.
Develop branded templates for social media,
Manage digital assets and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
3. Social Media Management
Develop and execute content calendars for platforms like
Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and short-form videos.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
Track analytics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
4. Digital Marketing & SEO
Implement
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices.
Set up and manage Google Ads,
Track campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
5. Project Management & Client Support
Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure projects meet deadlines and expectations.
Use project management tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or
Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates on tasks and projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
Web Design & Development: Proficiency in WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, HTML/CSS (bonus).
Graphic Design: Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
Video Editing: Basic to advanced skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
Social Media Management: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
SEO & Digital Marketing: Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, and ad campaign management.
Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under deadlines.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English skills.
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of experience as a VA, Digital Marketer, Social Media Manager, or Web Designer.
Proven portfolio of web design and multimedia projects.
Experience in e-commerce, real estate, coaching, or creative industries is a plus.
