Virtual Assistant Wanted: High IQ 130+, C2 English & Problem-Solving Skills

We are looking for someone specific. You need an IQ over 130 for resourceful thinking and logical problem-solving abilities. C2-level English proficiency is essential for clear communication, as the client expects precision. You also need creativity—this role is about finding solutions, not just following instructions. If you are adaptable with a solid personality and experience handling these types of tasks, you will be assured a long standing working relationship with the client. So please be available for a minimum of 2+ years.

The client is a high-profile, world-traveling entrepreneur and wishes to work with similarly minded high IQ human beings, who are tech saavy, refined in their personal style, and most importantly outgoing and OUTCOME oriented. You’ll work closely with the client, often on a 24-hour basis (including overnight at times), but with flexibility in setting your hours once tasks are assigned. If you’re smart, adaptable, and thrive under pressure, this role is for you.

How to Qualify
To apply, you must:
1. Have an IQ of 130 or higher (take an IQ test if you haven’t).
2. Be proficient in English at a C2 level.
3. Submit a personalised, unscripted video explaining how you’d handle the challenges listed below. Show us your problem-solving approach and creativity. We want to see how you think and communicate your thoughts.

Challenge 1: Managing Travel Disruptions
The client and family are traveling to China, but due to a missed layover, their flight arrives at 3 AM—too late for the car service and the Airbnb might not have a self checkin. How do you manage this? What’s your plan to rebook the car, find alternative accommodation, and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience? I need someone who can think quickly and resolve issues calmly, while keeping the client feeling supported. How will you already have backup and contengancy plans in place? how will you do it all without bothering or worrying the client and present it in such a way that calmly offers an appropriate and comparable solution to the client and his family? Create new solutions we had not considered and offer them.

Challenge 2: Coordinating Medical Appointments
The client needs to see three of the best cardiologists worldwide within two days. How would you find the top three, explain why they’re the best in their region, and schedule appointments while managing flights, car services, hotels, and time zones? The client expects no delays and a seamless experience. You’ll need to think ahead, handle logistics efficiently, and ensure everything runs smoothly. What technique will you use to locate and determine the "best in class" doctors? Where would you search and how would you vet these people? then how would you coordinate to see them all in 2 days. while safely leaving enough of a time gap for errors with other people, traffic, long delays because the client spent too much time at lunch etc. How will you show that you can be Dynamic and flexible, yet still making the client feel entirely supported by your efforts.

Challenge 3: Supporting the Client's Mother
The client’s mother is older and resistant to diet and lifestyle changes. How would you encourage her to follow a healthier lifestyle—diet and exercise—without pushing too hard? You’ll need creativity and patience, finding a way to improve her health while making sure she feels comfortable and supported and not pressured or given a to do list. what creative ways might you offer the client?

The Ideal Candidate
You’ll be dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organised. You must be tech-savvy with strong communication skills, able to juggle schedules and logistics across multiple time zones. You’ll handle both good and bad news with a solution-focused attitude, always keeping the client’s needs front and centre. Flexibility is key, as you’ll need to be available during various time zones and hours, without fail, around the clock. You will need to schedule your time effectively and consider the gaps in time your free time or time to do further research and planning to make sure you impress the client by always having a successful outcome, even as the landscape is constantly changing.
