Role Overview:
We are seeking a Video Editor with expertise in crafting engaging short-form videos and editing podcasts. The ideal candidate is proficient in Descript and other video editing tools, with a keen eye for storytelling and visual impact.

Responsibilities:
*Edit short-form videos for social media and marketing purposes.
*Edit and refine podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality audio and visual presentation.
*Utilize Descript or similar editing software for seamless video and audio edits.
*Enhance content with captions, transitions, and other engaging elements.
*Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and creative direction.
*Help refine long-form content into shorter, focused 15-minute segments for better audience retention.

Qualifications:
*Proven experience in short-form video creation and podcast editing.
*Proficiency in Descript and other video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).
*Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail in editing.
*Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
