Hi! I’m the founder of Superactive Mind—a purpose-driven brand and community that helps people with ADHD (and superactive brains) unlock their potential in life, business, and beyond.

Right now, I’m building the core platform, creating tons of content, and preparing for launch. I need a reliable, creative VA with strong video editing skills who can help me bring this vision to life.

The Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant with strong video editing skills to help repurpose our content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You'll work directly with the founder to create engaging video content, schedule posts, and support the early build of our platform. This role will evolve as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit short-form video content for Reels, Shorts, and Stories

Repurpose long-form videos (like podcast clips or workshops) into bite-sized content

Add captions, music, and graphics using tools like CapCut, Descript, or Premiere Pro

Create simple graphics in Canva

Schedule content across platforms and manage post calendars

Upload resources and

Help manage tasks, reminders, and light admin support

You Are:

A confident video editor with a portfolio of past work

Fluent in English with good writing and communication skills

Organized, self-motivated, and responsive

Comfortable with Canva, video editing tools, and social scheduling tools

Bonus: Familiar with ADHD, productivity, or mental health content
