Job Overview:
We are a real estate operation in the United States and Taiwan. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our real estate business and day-to-day operations. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, from managing communications to conducting research and coordinating tasks. You will play an essential role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

-Follow up with potential buyers, renters, and realtors via call, text, or
-Manage service requests for residents and coordinate with the maintenance and agent team.
2. Content Creation & Social Media Management:
-Create and schedule engaging
-Design graphics and write short descriptions for posts.
-Update property listings on websites and social media platforms.
3. Research & Reporting:
-Research and track local auction and foreclosure sales, compile data, and maintain a spreadsheet with updates.
-Pull tax records, verify property details, and remove outdated information.
-Lookup and compare appliance parts, providing diagrams and the best pricing options for the maintenance team.
4. Lead Management & Rental Applications:
-Process and evaluate rental applications, cross-checking against criteria and identifying missing information.
-Contact applicants to gather additional details, approve/decline applications, or schedule property viewings.
5. Administrative Support:
-Enter data, organize files, and manage daily operational tasks.
-Assist with scheduling and maintaining a calendar for property showings and appointments.
-Provide ad hoc support as needed to streamline operations.
-Updates and up keeping of Wordpress website.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role (real estate experience preferred).
-Proficient in using tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Microsoft Office, Wordpress, and social media platforms.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Familiarity with real estate terminology and operations is a plus.
