We are looking for a qualified and motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various essential areas for managing and growing our business. Below are the specific requirements:
Candidate Requirements:
Customer Service:
- Experience in managing customer service through email and >Facebook comments.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Handling refunds and chargebacks.
- Skills in customer satisfaction and product promotion.
- Close collaboration with suppliers.
Design and Page Builders:
- Proficiency in using page builders like PageFly, Funnelish, and Shopify.
- Ability to create and structure landing pages, advertorials, and sales pages.
Social Media Management:
- Ability to manage and constantly update Facebook pages.
- Regularly adding new material and content.
Shopify and Photoshop Management:
- Basic experience in using Shopify for continuous updates and adding new products.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop for graphic modifications.
Availability:
- 6-8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
