JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Expansion and Customer Maintenance
Proactively search for potential customers through trade platforms, search engines, and other channels, and send out prospecting emails
Regularly update content on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn to increase brand exposure
Publish video content on video platforms like YouTube and TikTok to showcase products and company image
2. Customer Management and Follow-up
Review business opportunities and key customers daily, and follow up in a timely manner
Conduct in-depth background research on customer inquiries, understanding their country, industry, product focus, and company information
Use the CRM system to maintain customer records, rating, and tagging, and update customer information regularly
Respond to customer inquiries promptly, understand their needs, purchasing power, and urgency
Record communication content on other chat tools in the CRM system
3. Business/Order Maintenance
Create business opportunities in the CRM system for projects with high potential for orders
Designate high-frequency and high-potential customers as key accounts for focused follow-up
4. Professional Knowledge Learning
Continuously learn about the company's products
Learn about the industry knowledge
Study trade-related laws, regulations, and operational processes
Improve sales communication and negotiation skills
