Key Responsibilities
GoHighLevel (GHL) Platform Management:
Create, optimize, and manage GHL workflows, funnels, and automations.
Build and manage sales pipelines, forms, surveys, and integrations.
Maintain the CRM to ensure data accuracy and usability.
Set up email and SMS campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
Troubleshoot and improve existing automations to streamline processes.

Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Develop strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and followers.
Monitor social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate on content calendars to align with brand objectives and marketing goals.

Graphic Design:
Use Canva to design professional and visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and client materials.
Customize templates to meet specific brand guidelines and project requirements.
Support marketing efforts with creative assets for posts, ads, and email campaigns.


Email Marketing & Automations:
Create and schedule email campaigns using GHL and other email marketing tools.
Set up automation workflows for nurturing sequences, promotions, and follow-ups.
Ensure email templates align with brand voice and design aesthetics.

AI Integration & Automations:
Leverage AI tools like OpenAI to create content, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency.
Build and manage automations using Zapier and GHL integrations.
Explore innovative AI solutions to optimize business processes.

Customer Support & Communication:
Manage inboxes and respond to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Resolve customer support issues promptly or escalate them as necessary.
Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure seamless client experiences.

Project Coordination & Task Management:
Oversee multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
Collaborate with team members and clients to coordinate deliverables.
Maintain organized records of workflows, updates, and communication.

What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL): Advanced understanding of funnels, automations, and CRM management.
Social Media Expertise: Proven ability to create, manage, and grow social media accounts (especially Instagram).
Graphic Design: Experience designing content using Canva with an eye for aesthetics and branding.

Email Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with creating campaigns and setting up automations.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI) and integrations (e.g., Zapier).
Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to engage clients and teams effectively.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):
Experience building websites using GHL or similar platforms.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
Advanced AI knowledge and capabilities.
