Are you a tech-savvy, highly organized Virtual Assistant with experience in digital marketing, automation, and social media management? We’re looking for a proactive teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to help us build, automate, and maintain a powerful digital ecosystem for one of our clients.

This is a project-based role requiring 10–20 hours per week at $6–$7 per hour with the opportunity for a long-term collaboration. If you thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment and love streamlining workflows, optimizing digital funnels, and managing client engagement—this role is for you!

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We need a highly skilled VA who can support a client in:

GoHighLevel (GHL) & CRM Systems
-Setting up automations & workflows
-Email & SMS marketing campaigns
-Funnel-building & lead nurturing

Instagram & LinkedIn Prospecting
-Engaging with potential leads via DMs
-Implementing outreach & engagement strategies
-Managing social media inboxes & scheduling posts

Automation & AI Tools
-Using Zapier, OpenAI & GHL automation to streamline processes
-Optimizing workflows for client engagement & retention

Sales Funnels & Lead Generation
-Setting up & improving landing pages
-Managing sign-ups & lead conversions
-Automating follow-up sequences to maximize sales

Social Media & Content Management
-Scheduling & posting content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Email
-Developing and implementing engagement strategies
-Aligning content with brand messaging to attract high-quality leads

Client Communication & Admin Support
-Managing inboxes & responding to client inquiries
-Scheduling calls & maintaining CRM data
-Providing top-notch support to ensure a seamless client experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
-Has experience in online coaching, wellness brands, or digital business ecosystems
-Understands sales funnels, audience nurturing, & lead conversion
-Is tech-savvy and eager to work with GoHighLevel, Zapier & automation tools
-Can manage multiple projects while staying highly organized & detail-oriented
-Is an effective communicator who can engage leads & provide great customer support
-Enjoys remote work, flexible hours, and contributing to high-impact projects
