JOB OVERVIEW

A growing cybersecurity firm, is looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our brand management, content creation, LinkedIn engagement, and outreach efforts. You will also assist in creating first drafts for RFPs using ChatGPT and help with video editing for social media. We need someone creative, organized, and proactive who can own the content process, ensure our brand is visually consistent, and engage with our audience on LinkedIn. Must be available for atleast 4 hours per day during workday based on Pacific Standard Time.

Key Responsibilities:
Canva Brand Management & Design
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Create infographics, LinkedIn carousels, one-pagers, and social media graphics.
Edit and format PDFs, whitepapers, and reports for client-facing materials.

Video Editing & Content Creation
Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn and YouTube
Resize and optimize videos for multiple platforms.
Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized clips.


LinkedIn Engagement & Outreach
Post and engage on LinkedIn (liking, commenting, responding, and networking).
Manage LinkedIn content calendar and track engagement.
Research and connect with industry professionals and potential clients.


RFP First Drafts (ChatGPT-Powered)
Use ChatGPT prompts to generate first drafts for RFPs and proposals.
Format and refine drafts before internal review.
Research compliance and cybersecurity trends to improve RFP responses.

Administrative & Communication Tasks
Assist with email outreach and follow-ups.
Respond to LinkedIn messages and inquiries professionally.

Who We’re Looking For:
Proficient in Canva – Experience in brand management and creating high-quality graphics.
Video Editing Skills – Comfortable using tools like Descript.
Strong English Skills – Excellent written and spoken communication.
LinkedIn Savvy – Knows how to engage, comment, and build connections effectively.
Tech-Savvy & Fast Learner – Comfortable using ChatGPT, Office Docs, and CRM tools.
Detail-Oriented & Reliable – Can work independently and meet deadlines.
Availability: Must be online for at least 4 hours during US Pacific Time (Los Angeles) business hours.
