Virtual Assistant / Supply Chain Manager

With our E-Commerce brand we're focussing on hitting 7 figures /months this Quarter 4. Therefore we are looking for a highly developed Virtual Assistant with experience in handling order concerns / issues and other things, this is for a long term application. We are looking for someone who can help us when there are order issues, solve it for us and think with us.

1) Do you have experience in handling order issues?
1.1) Do you have experience in working with Shopify?
2) Do you have experience in VA tasks? Please explain how.
3) Experience using Slack & DeepL translation tools?
4) Can you work strictly, following clear SOPs without making mistakes when using excel sheets? Give a situation where you worked strictly at another job.
5) How many years of experience do you have with being a VA or supply chain manager?
6) Are you available for 2-4 hours a day, 6 days a week?
7) Can you communicate with team members who participate in the same process?
8) Being aware of the whole order handling process until the delivery of the products and making sure there are no delays.

This work will start from $3 an hour, within our team you can increase in salary based on the quality of the work you deliver to us. We pay out every 1st and 15th of the month.
