Key Responsibilities

Customer Service
Respond to 10–20 daily customer emails in English and German (using ChatGPT and DeepL for translations).
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a customer-first approach.
Maintain clear, professional, and appropriate communication styles, leveraging ChatGPT to tailor tone when needed.

Product Management
Upload and optimize 1–2 products daily (minimum 5 per week) using Shopify.
Write accurate and engaging SEO-friendly product descriptions, leveraging ChatGPT for optimization.
Use Canva to create basic product visuals and graphics.


Email Marketing
Develop and manage email campaigns, including newsletters and automated email flows, using Klaviyo.
Optimize existing campaigns for engagement and conversions.
Ensure proactive content creation and performance analysis.

Task and Process Management
Keep Trello boards updated daily with task progress and deadlines.
Collaborate with the owner to ensure timely completion of tasks and clear communication on deliverables.

Growth and Leadership Potential
Initially, complete tasks under supervision, transitioning to independent work as proficiency develops.
Potential to lead a small team and participate in strategy discussions as expertise grows.

Work Expectations and KPIs

Success Metrics: Measured via Trello task completion, email response times, and overall contributions to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills
Strong written English skills; basic German proficiency (translation tools provided).
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Canva is preferred.
Basic SEO knowledge and an understanding of email marketing principles.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new challenges.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
