Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Messaging:
• Respond promptly and professionally to direct messages on platforms like Instagram,
• Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide personalized and engaging responses to maintain strong relationships with followers.
2. Comment Management:
• Monitor and respond to comments on posts to foster engagement and ensure a positive community atmosphere.
• Handle negative feedback tactfully, adhering to brand guidelines.
3. Customer Support:
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or promotions.
• Follow up on inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a record of common questions or concerns for future improvement.
4. Brand Voice and Consistency:
• Ensure all communication reflects the brand’s tone and values.
• Use templates and guidelines to ensure consistency while personalizing responses when appropriate.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
• Track engagement metrics and share insights with the team.
• Suggest strategies to improve customer interactions and engagement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their messaging tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize messages effectively.
• Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
• Availability to respond promptly during agreed-upon working hours.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Creativity in handling customer interactions and comments.
