We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in growing our brand through exceptional marketing and advertising materials.

What You’ll Do:

Ongoing Social Media Management:
Create and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms.
Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build community engagement.

Content Creation:
Design and edit visual assets such as images, videos, and infographics.
Create promotional content for campaigns, ads, and social media.

Marketing Materials:
Develop and design lead magnets, brochures, and other client-focused content.
Assist with branding and design consistency across all platforms.

Advertising Support:
Help create and manage digital ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).
Analyze and report on campaign performance for continuous improvement.

Creative Input:
Provide fresh ideas for campaigns, posts, and strategies to improve engagement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media and marketing.

Excel in all areas:
Bring forth creative and fresh ideas and material to stay relevant and excel beyond our competition.

What We’re Looking For:


Experience:
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
Proficiency in video editing software, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and social media scheduling platforms.

Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

Knowledge:
Familiarity with lead magnet creation and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
Understanding of analytics tools to track performance (e.g., Google Analytics, social platform insights).

Mindset:
Proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Passion for marketing and storytelling.
