We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to handle social media management, marketing, website updates, and research so I can focus on the creative side. If you’re organised, tech-savvy, and have a passion for digital marketing, this role is for you.



Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing

Schedule and manage posts on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
Track analytics and suggest strategies to improve engagement
Research trends and create content ideas
Website Support

Update and manage website content on Shopify
Ensure website is user-friendly and SEO-optimised
Assist with layout adjustments and basic troubleshooting
Research & Admin Support

Conduct research on industry trends and competitors
Find content ideas and potential brand collaborations
Assist with organising digital files and email marketing campaigns
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in social media management and digital marketing
Knowledge Shopify (preferred)
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or other design tools
Strong research, organization, and communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy
Passion for branding, digital content, and storytelling
