JOB OVERVIEW

Company Overview:
We are a high-performing online fitness coaching business that helps clients achieve real, lasting results. Using social media, we sign multiple new high-ticket coaching clients every week. We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to help us manage and grow our online presence, engage with potential clients, and support our lead generation and sales process.

Who We’re Looking For:
An organized, proactive, and social media-savvy VA who understands online marketing and lead generation. You should be comfortable with direct messaging (DM) outreach, appointment setting, and helping manage our content and engagement strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

Optimize and maintain our social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Ensure our bio, CTA, and application links are updated and engaging.
Help schedule and post content (Reels, Stories, feed posts) consistently.
Monitor engagement, reply to comments, and track post performance.
Lead Generation & Direct Messaging (DM) Outreach

Engage with followers, likers, commenters, and Story viewers using provided DM scripts.
Follow up with potential clients and guide them toward booking a sales call.
Send at least 20 targeted messages per day per platform.
Track responses and help personalize outreach when needed.
Appointment & Sales Call Support

Schedule and confirm sales calls with potential clients.
Send personalized reminders (24 hours & 1 hour before calls).
Ensure high show-up rates and follow up on missed appointments.
Onboarding & Payment Processing

Assist in collecting payments using preloaded payment links.
Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients by sending necessary materials.
Best Practices & Success Mindset

Stay consistent with daily tasks—DMs, follow-ups, and content posting.
Maintain professionalism and brand voice in all communications.
Track key performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a virtual assistant, customer service rep, or social media manager is a plus.
Strong written English and excellent communication skills.
Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural and engaging.
Experience using Instagram, Facebook, or other social media for business.
Highly organized with attention to detail and consistency.
Comfortable using tools like Google Calendar, Canva, and scheduling apps.
