?? I’m looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me with social media posting, engagement, lead generation, and admin tasks.

Responsibilities (What You’ll Be Doing Daily)
? Post Instagram & TikTok content (Stories, Reels, Before/After videos)
? Engage with followers (Reply to DMs & comments)
? DM potential leads & influencers to promote services
? Research & track leads (Find influencers, barbers, models in LA)
? Update content calendar & organize Google Drive files
? Admin tasks (Email responses, tracking inquiries, daily reports)

Who We’re Looking For (You’ll Be a Great Fit If...)
? You have experience managing Instagram & TikTok.
? You’re organized & can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
? You have strong English writing & communication skills.
? You’re familiar with Google Drive, Notion, or Trello.
? You take initiative & solve problems, not just follow instructions.

Work Hours & Pay
???? Part-Time (20 Hours/Week) | Flexible Schedule
???? $4 – $5 per hour (Based on Experience)
???? Work is remote, but you must be available for communication & updates daily.
