JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive, reliable, and resourceful Virtual Assistant to help manage customer inquiries, social media, content posting, appointment tracking, and administrative tasks. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of responsibilities, and ensures tasks are executed efficiently without constant supervision.

Responsibilities
-Customer Engagement & Support – Manage Instagram, Facebook, and email inquiries, providing clear and professional responses.
-Social Media Management – Schedule posts, engage with comments, track DMs, and help grow our online presence.
-Lead & Sales Tracking – Organize potential client inquiries and follow-ups in our system.
-Appointment Management – Check in before, during, and follow up on all previous, current, and future appointments to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience.
-Research & Outreach – Identify content ideas, find potential brand partners, and track market trends.
-Basic Administrative Support – Maintain organized files, track important details, and assist with operational tasks.
-Video Editing & Content Posting – On days when the team is finalizing content, be available to edit and post short-form and long-form videos for immediate updates to followers.

Requirements
-Self-Starter Mentality – You take initiative, solve problems, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
-Strong Communication Skills – Clear, professional, and effective written English.
-Attention to Detail – Ability to manage tasks without errors and ensure accuracy in all work.
-Social Media Knowledge – Experience using Instagram, Facebook, and online tools like Canva, Google Sheets, and Notion is a plus.
-Reliable and Organized – Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through on responsibilities.
-Ability to Manage Appointments – Stay on top of customer bookings, follow-ups, and reminders to ensure a seamless experience.
