Virtual Assistant primary role is to handle calls, assist customers, answer questions, and schedule appointments. We are looking for candidates with excellent, non-accented English communication skills, clear and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services.
2. Explain the features and benefits of the products or services being offered.
3. Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information on the company's offerings.
4. Obtain and record customer information, including contact details and purchasing preferences.
5. Update and maintain customer databases and records.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly and persuasively convey information to customers.
2. Strong sales ability: Confidence in making sales pitches and convincing customers to take action.
3. Customer service skills: Patience, active listening, and problem-solving capabilities.
4. Organizational skills: Ability to manage and update customer data efficiently.
5. Basic computer proficiency: Ability to use call center software, CRM systems, and input customer information.
