Key Responsibilities:
? Call Handling & Cold Calling: Answer incoming calls, screen inquiries, make outbound cold calls, and follow up with leads.
? Task Management: Organize daily tasks, manage schedules, coordinate projects, and ensure deadlines are met.
? Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
? Graphic Design (Huge Plus): Design social media graphics, ads, presentations, and other marketing materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
? AI & Tech Savvy: Utilize AI-powered tools for content creation, automation, and process optimization. Experience with ChatGPT, Midjourney, or other AI tools is a plus.
? Data Entry & Research: Conduct market research, compile reports, and maintain organized records.
? Customer Support & Engagement: Respond to emails, chat inquiries, and social media messages professionally.

What We’re Looking For:
???? A self-starter with a strong work ethic who can work independently.
???? Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
???? Experience with CRM systems, Google Suite, and project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
???? Background in marketing, sales, or administrative support is a big advantage.
