Virtual Assistant - SEO & Marketing

We run a digital marketing agency in America that is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a VA to help manage SEO tasks being assigned by our lead manager. These tasks range from creating pages in CMSs like Wordpress and Wix on client websites, as well as backlink outreach, blog posting, and leveraging AI to complete these tasks while passing it through humanization tests. Its fast paced and can be stressful at times, but these responsibilities come with their rewards.

Job requirements:
2+ years of online working experience
Ability to learn quickly and make decisions with minimal oversight
Near mastery of English
Superior attention to detail
Ambitious

Technology requirements:
Wifi of at least 50MBPS
i5 or i7 laptop with 8 GB ram (or better)
Stable internet connection aside from regular power outages - we know how it can be over there.

Preferred skills and attributes:
Female
Familiarity with Wordpress/Wix/Squarespace etc
Entrepreneurship experience running any kind of business
Any coding experience or knowledge at all

Perks will include:
2 weeks of sick time a year
3/4 paid days off per year that you can use whenever

As mentioned, our company is growing fast. We want someone in this role who can pick up new tasks and skills quickly, and take direction from our lead as needed. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude towards leaning and wont be offended when corrections are made to their work and feedback is provided. The work can be difficult at times, but I and my team are more than happy to provide top talent with high rewards in time. This job has the potential to grow into a manager role in time, and we are constantly looking for our next lead for when we are ready to level up the company in that way. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 9 AM - 7 PM PST. Weekends are option and paid as a bonus on top of monthly salary.

Timeline for hire is within the next month, preferably by middle of July.
