Virtual Assistant - Recruitment (GOOD COMM SKILLS NEEDED)

GOOD COMM (PHONE) SKILLS NEEDED!

Our team is looking for professionals with proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

Earn at least $200 a week in bonuses if you hit your weekly target! This is on top of your base pay!

Experience with Monster, ZipRecruiter, and CareerBuilder is a PLUS!

Do you have extensive knowledge of recruitment techniques? Do you have excellent cold calling skills? We want you on our team!

You will be working closely with our Hiring Manager and other members of the Recruitment team to build and maintain our organization’s talent pipeline.

Job Description:
- Maintain our candidate database
- Call potential candidates from US to conduct preliminary interviews
- Interact with both active and passive candidates
- Book interview appointments with candidates
- Build our talent pool to cover current and future hiring needs

You must have:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
- Effective time-management skills
- Strong sales skills
