***Role Overview***
Title: Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Operations Manager
Type: Part-Time | Permanent
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM CST (Monday–Friday, 15 hours/week)
Pay: $150 USD per pay period (approximately ?8,400 PHP)
Pay Dates: 1st and 15th of each month

***Minimum Requirements:***
Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate support role
Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms
Proficiency with DocuSign
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Reliable, punctual, and deadline-driven
Positive and professional attitude

***Key Responsibilities:***
Manage CRM systems and client databases
Schedule showings, inspections, closings, and meetings
Handle emails, calls, and client messages
Create flyers, brochures, and social media content
Post and update property listings (MLS and other platforms)
Coordinate transactions from contract to close
Conduct market research and support pricing strategies
Manage and engage on social media platforms
Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs)
Organize cloud-based files and documents
