Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced virtual assistant with a strong background in property and casualty insurance. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills and demonstrate sound judgment and efficiency in handling tasks. This role requires prior experience in the insurance industry and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Insurance Support – Assist with quoting, contract signing, binders, and certificate management.
Collections – Manage billing, payments, and follow-ups with clients to ensure timely collections.
Customer Service – Provide outstanding client support, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
Documentation – Prepare, review, and maintain insurance documents, contracts, and certificates.
Data Management – Maintain accurate client and policy records within the company’s system.
Communication – Interact professionally with clients, underwriters, and tea
Administrative Tasks – Assist with scheduling, organizing documents, and other administrative duties.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of two years in property and casualty insurance.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
High level of common sense and decision-making skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
