We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our team with project coordination and financial tasks. If you have experience managing projects, handling financial records, and keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating and managing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and expense reports
Support budget planning and expense tracking
Communicate with team members, vendors, and clients to streamline workflow
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
Perform general administrative tasks, including
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role
Strong understanding of financial processes (invoicing, budgeting, expense tracking)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and financial software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Experience:
Experience in construction and interior design industries
