As a Pre-Qualifier, you will:
• Speak with incoming leads over the phone to gather key information.
• Assess leads to determine their qualification based on specific client criteria.
• Seamlessly live transfer qualified leads to our clients for further engagement.
• Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful first impression of our business

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you must have:
• Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal communication skills are required.
• Customer Service Experience: A proven track record in customer service, preferably with American clients.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and be coached to enhance performance.
