We're hiring a high-performing, detail-oriented Podcast Growth & Automation Operator to join our team full-time. Your mission is simple:

Build, automate, and manage a podcast-driven client acquisition system that builds relationships with high-level entrepreneurs, referral partners, and ideal clients.

This is a remote work opportunity — ideal for someone who loves back-end operations, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to grow into a leadership role over time.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update our CRM (GoHighLevel)

Build automations using Zapier and GHL workflows

Track podcast outreach KPIs in spreadsheets and dashboards

Scrape and organize lead lists from Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram

Manage guest outreach, follow-ups, confirmations, and prep

Schedule and coordinate podcast recordings

Help distribute content after each episode drops

Continuously improve systems for speed, clarity, and results
