We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support with payroll and bookkeeping processes while ensuring exceptional customer success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll, bookkeeping, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll and Bookkeeping:
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Oversee payroll taxes to ensure compliance.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation for bookkeeping tasks.
Customer Success Management:
- Manage customer success processes, including onboarding and addressing client inquiries.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, especially during onboarding or clean-up projects.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Financial Reporting:
- Ensure financial reports are balanced and reconciled every month.
- Prepare clean, timely, and compliant financial reports for clients.

Google Workspace (G Suite)

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, and payroll taxes.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and other financial tools.
- Excellent communication skills in clear English, with strong people skills.
- Experience working with small businesses, non-profits, or similar organizations is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently.
