Overview
Join our small but passionate team dedicated to publishing diverse children’s books. As our VA, you’ll work alongside another Lead VA to manage retailer outreach, engage with customers, collect book/product reviews, and tackle various miscellaneous tasks. You’ll use Klaviyo, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Instagram,
Key Responsibilities
- Own and craft the entire communication calendar/schedule
- Retailer Outreach & Follow-Up
- Identify and contact potential retail partners, track responses, and manage follow-ups.
- Customer Engagement
- Send targeted
- Plan and manage
- Social Media Support
- Basic research
- Assist with Instagram and
- Miscellaneous VA admin tasks
- Support day-to-day admin and collaborate with our Lead VA.
- Organization & Reporting - Keep Google Sheets updated, set reminders, and provide regular status updates.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication: Friendly, professional, and clear with excellent written communication. Must have an English score of C2
- Tech-Savvy & Proactive: Comfortable using Klaviyo, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Instagram,
- Highly Organized: Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Nice to have but not required
- Can speak Chinese/Mandarin
- Graphic design skills
- Video editing skills
Compensation & Benefits
$500/month for full-time (40/hrs a week)
Bonus Pay for each new customer you bring in
Flexible Schedule – set your own hours, you do not need to work US hours.
