Simplifi Real Estate is looking for a dedicated and reliable virtual assistant to help us scale our operations and allow us to close more deals!

In this role, you'll handle administrative tasks essential to real estate transactions such as managing marketing campaigns, updating KPIs, managing active loans, insurance, utilities, and more. Your work might not always be glamorous, but it has a tremendous impact on our company's success and profitability. We need someone who is meticulous with details, swift in execution, and eager to learn and grow with us.

In this role, you'll handle essential administrative tasks such as:

• Prepare marketing emails for real estate deals and organize photos on external drives
• Update KPIs daily in our CRM
• Mark and close leads in our CRM when properties are sold, ensuring all information is updated
• Manage and track private money loans, including paperwork, payments, and scheduling interest payments
• Update loan and property sales records to ensure accuracy
• Manage utilities for properties (turn off, schedule payments, etc.)
• Handle insurance tasks (adding or canceling policies) for properties
• Perform and assign tasks related to real estate transactions within our project management tool (Asana)
• Create and update process documents and organizational charts
• Handle returned mail and assist with other administrative tasks
• Update marketing expenses weekly
• Manage Facebook messages for real estate content and post regularly
