Virtual Assistant – Operations & Client Reporting (Remote)
About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive, organized Virtual Assistant to manage client reporting, assist with digital marketing, and coordinate tasks across our global team. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, a background in CRM management, and experience with Go High Level (GHL)..
Key Responsibilities:
Client Reporting:
Prepare and manage weekly client reports, ensuring clear and accurate communication of progress.
Assist in building reporting templates and track client activities.
Email
Support in scheduling and testing
Ensure timely communication with clients and the internal team.
Project Management:
Help streamline processes by organizing tasks and managing project deadlines using tools like ClickUp.
Coordinate with the team to ensure projects stay on track.
CRM Management:
Manage and update CRM (Go High Level), ensuring smooth workflows for client follow-ups and lead generation.
SOP Development:
Contribute to the creation and updating of standard operating procedures to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience in administrative support, project coordination, or as a Virtual Assistant.
Familiarity with Go High Level or a willingness to learn.
Strong skills in reporting,
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
