Are you a highly organized individual with a knack for multitasking? SK Constructions is seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team with opportunity to lead and grow. As our Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our operations by handling a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and precision.

Responsibilities:

- Answering and outcalling phone calls in a professional manner.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Performing accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Conduct skip tracing and locate vendors and suppliers.
- Following up on inquiries and maintaining client relationships.
- Assisting with other administrative duties as needed.

- Video editing
- Social media management
- Photo Editing
- Email Marketing

Requirements:

- Great English and Communication Skills
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and vendor management is a plus.
- Must be available to work US East Coast hours (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM).
