YOUR FOCUS:
"Virtual Assistant."

This means helping with a variety of tasks to support the academy and students: Website updates, SEO efforts, research, running reports, checking emails, calling/emailing dance studios for rental space etc. are just a few examples

TRAINING:
We have workflow systems that you will learn.

You'll receive basic training for tasks as needed, but many things you'll need to figure out on the fly. You must be a quick learner with a "can do" attitude.

SCHEDULE:
• Sundays through Fridays
• At first 9am-11am PST (Los Angeles time) + 6pm-11pm PST (Los Angeles time). This will give you overlap with both the business owner's hours and your manager's hours. After some time has passed and you're able to work more independently, different hours may be okay.
• Occasionally, time-sensitive items may come up and you'll need to specific hours on weekends - this is rare though
