I am looking for an EXPERIENCED Virtual Assistant who is SMART, FAST and works hard.
The ideal candidate has proven experience with building funnels, landing pages and sales pages (including copywriting) and is proficient in multiple platforms (Kajabi, Upgrade to see actual info, ConvertKit etc). The ideal candidate also has a proven track record working with online coaches, course creators, digital products and launched based businesses.
I am looking to add someone who is HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, DEDICATED and COMMITTED to help me grow my online business and help set up the foundation of my company (tech stack, automation, processes, course material etc) so I can run an efficient business.
Must be technologically SAVVY, experience with sales & marketing concepts (for copywriting), work from clear deadlines and able to set up systems for automation and increase productivity. This is a part-time role.
Responsibilities include:
- Building landing pages, sales pages, check out pages etc
- Bi-weekly newsletters (Convertkit)
- Copywriting
- Support in the creation of progam material, digital products, reports etc
- Creating transcripts from video and audio material
- Editing zoom calls and posting in portal
- Support in automating processes to increase productivity
- Support in optimizing our tech stack
