JOB OVERVIEW

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our drywall repair company, Patch Whiz, in generating and managing 500+ leads per month. This role focuses on digital marketing, customer engagement, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with online lead generation, local marketing, and customer relationship management tools.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Advertising:

Set up and manage Google Ads and Local Service Ads (LSAs).
Run targeted Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Optimize ad performance by analyzing results and adjusting strategies.
Local Listings Management:

Create and maintain profiles on Angi, Thumbtack, HomeAdvisor, Yelp, and similar platforms.
Respond promptly to inquiries from these platforms to convert them into leads.
Partnerships & Referrals:

Reach out to local real estate agents, property managers, and contractors for partnerships.
Manage a referral program by tracking leads and handling rewards.
Customer Engagement:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or social media.
Use a CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Jobber) to log leads and automate follow-ups.
Marketing Content:

Create engaging posts and schedule them on social media platforms.
Monitor comments and messages to provide timely responses.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor lead performance across all channels and prepare weekly reports.
Suggest optimizations to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
Requirements:

Proven experience with digital marketing and lead generation (especially Google Ads, LSAs, and Facebook Ads).
Familiarity with managing profiles on platforms like Angi, Thumbtack, and Yelp.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Jobber, or similar).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Availability to work [mention specific time zone or hours if applicable].
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with home services or local service-based businesses.
Knowledge of SEO and local community marketing (e.g., Facebook Groups, Nextdoor).
