Virtual Assistant Needed for Growing Beauty Brand – 250k+ Revenue Per Month

Are you passionate about the beauty industry and ready to join a fast-growing brand? We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with day-to-day tasks and streamline operations for our online beauty store, which is currently generating over $250k per month in revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing customer inquiries and providing top-tier customer service
- Processing and tracking orders
- Coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners
- Assisting with social media management, content scheduling, and community engagement
- Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional efforts
- Managing the backend of our e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with e-commerce brands, preferably in the beauty niche
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and social media
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Available for at least 36 hours per week

Bonus Points:

- Experience with beauty brands or e-commerce stores generating significant monthly revenue
- Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
