- Suggest new ideas and improvements for bonus opportunities
- Work independently and be solution-oriented in handling issues
- Utilize email provider United Domains Webmail
- Use provided templates for common inquiries to streamline the process

Your Qualifications:

- Excellent grammar and always maintaining a friendly, professional tone
- Prior experience in customer support, especially in German-speaking environments
- Ability to manage structured work processes effectively
- Experience with Shopify, Slack, and Clockify
- Ability to work with ChatGPT for enhanced efficiency and customer interactions
- Availability to respond to customer inquiries quickly and consistently
