???? Virtual Assistant Needed – Email & Schedule Calls with Local Business Owners (Kilgore, TX Area)

We are seeking a highly proficient Virtual Assistant to help us connect with local business owners within a 20-mile radius of Kilgore, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing leads, sending a series of pre-written emails, and scheduling calls between the business owners and myself so I can close sponsorship deals.

???? Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify local businesses within a 20-mile radius of Kilgore, TX

Send out a sequence of pre-written emails to business owners

Schedule calls between the business owners and myself

Track outreach activity and follow up as needed

Maintain clear communication and update me daily on progress

? Requirements:
Mastery-level English (written and verbal)

Experience with email outreach and lead generation

Ability to source high-quality leads independently

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Calendly, or similar scheduling platforms

Available to start immediately
